I am a native of Wisconsin and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee. I have a Bachelors degree in Sociology, and a Masters of Science in Urban Planning. My wife, Barbara, and I have been married since 1974 and have two children—Carmen and Nikki. We settled in Santa Fe in1980.
Community Involvement
I have over 25 years of experience in community planning. This has included being a County Planning Director in Wisconsin, Managing Vice-President of a Santa Fe planning and architectural firm for six years. In this capacity, among many other developments, I led the original master planning of Tierra Contenta and Las Campanas master planned developments and the Santa Fe Auto Park. And, I owned my own planning and architectural firm in Phoenix Arizona.
Real Estate Consultant
First licensed as a real estate broker in 1983, I have been active in residential and commercial real estate sales since 1996. I earned the RE/MAX President’s Club award in 1998 and have increased my sales productivity each succeeding year. I am an active member of the Realtors Association of NM and currently serve on the Strategic Planning Committee and I am a Trustee of the Stanley H. Mathsis Foundation.
When not helping my real estate clients, I enjoy spending family time, walking through Santa Fe with Sonny, my retired racing Greyhound and I am actively involved in social justice activities.
