Jonathan Carleton is a real estate professional that the discerning buyer and seller can rely on for knowledgeable and professional service. Licensed since 1983, Jonathan possesses an in-depth grasp of the real estate market and is a skilled negotiator. From his years of experience he believes that win-win transactions are the only ones worth putting together.
Having served as a Director of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, Jonathan was 1991 Realtor of the Year and is Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. After attending Highland Park High School in Dallas, Texas, Jonathan graduated from Yale University and did graduate studies at Columbia University.
A local resident since 1974, Jonathan loves Santa Fe for its cultural and ethnic diversity, the beautiful light and clean air, and the sculptural quality of the architecture.
